His son Hans-Dieter Dick took over the company and transformed it in the 70s and 80s to a well-known wholesaler. The customer base included then as now well-known department stores, gas stations and numerous souvenir businesses.
In 1991, Stefan Imberi took the company over and changed to today’s Carl Dick Gmbh. In July 2010 the company headquarters relocated to Garmisch Partenkirchen.
