Prices, delivery and payment

• Prices: Prices are per item plus VAT.
• Delivery within Germany: free of charge from EUR 250.00 by standard delivery without special requirements or restrictions to one address in Germany.
• Shipping information: Further details about shipping costs, delivery areas and delivery times are available in our shipping information.
• Payment for existing customers: within 14 days after delivery, without deduction.
• Payment for new customers: advance payment without deduction.
• Delivery time for stock items: immediate.
• Delivery time for plush toys with a custom-printed logo scarf: approx. 2 to 3 weeks.
• Delivery time for new production: 4 to 7 months.
• Samples: can be purchased from Plueschtier.de.
• Offers: subject to change.

Tax treatment

• Germany: (default) prices plus 19% sales tax..
• EU-Countries: Delivery is made in accordance with § 6a UStG 1993, and with Article 22, paragraph 3 of the 6th EC tax free directive. Prerequisite: You send us your verifiable Id.No VAT. Our VAT Id.Nr. Reads: DE 153893108.
• Non EU-Country: Delivery is duty unpaid and untaxed with export invoice and net prices.
