The Benefits of Your Business Account

Your trade prices are a matter of trust and an important part of your business planning. Within the protected B2B area, these terms remain hidden from private customers and visitors without an approved account. This allows you to plan reliably and place orders with confidence.

After manual account approval, registered business customers can see the trade prices assigned to their account in the shop and basket. Approval follows a check of your company website or proof of business. Please also note the minimum order value shown in the shop.

Account approval: Registrations are approved only for customers whose business status can be verified. If business status cannot be confirmed through a company website or suitable supporting document, the account will not be approved. Unapproved accounts will be deleted after the review has been completed, unless legal retention obligations or another legal basis require continued storage.

How registration works

1. Create a business account and enter your company details in full.
2. Enter your company website or send proof of business to service@carl-dick.de. You may also send it by fax to +49 (0) 8821-9692975.
3. We check the details manually and confirm account approval by email.
4. After logging in, you can see the trade prices assigned to your account and place orders.
